  • no chiropractor
  • no insomnia
  • no ‘wee achies’
Fears about starting the yoga: 

I was overweight, out of shape and would wither and not make it through a class.

Would like to tell people who are hesitant: 

That no matter what’s going on with your body or in your mind, don’t sweat it. I’m not going to say that nobody cares about you there. I find everybody does care. It’s a wonderful, quiet, supportive, collective experience on a non-judgemental, individual level.

Other changes: 

Just about everything is better since I started, plus my dad and I are best friends again.
