
Sit-ups in between the postures on the floor for alignment, stretching, and energy.
- Strengthens and tightens abdomen and increases flexibility of the spine
- Double jerk stretches the lumbar spine
- Double exhale releases toxins and excess heat, increasing energy
- Pulling the toes stretches the hamstrings
Keep the legs straight and the heels on the floor, and pull on the toes to stretch the hamstrings. Keep the chin tucked and the arms and head together, and round the whole spine forward to compress the front side of the body. The more powerful the double exhale, the more energy created in the body.
