New students

If you are wondering whether Bikram Yoga is for you, ask yourself the following questions:

Bikram Yoga is a real-life yoga class for real bodies. Regardless of your physical fitness, your age, or your spiritual and religious views, this class will get you moving and breathing better, and will teach you to work with and use what you already have.

We encourage you to try our 2-5 Intro Special—$20 for two classes within five days. Two classes within a short time gives you a sense of a regular Bikram practice, and of how the yoga works in your body from one class to the next, cumulatively improving your health and physical condition.

After your very first class, you will notice results—you will glow, your body will be looser and more energized, and you’ll want to come back again and again.

In preparation for your first class, be well-hydrated, avoid eating 2-3 hours before class time, and bring two large towels and a bottle of water. We will provide the mat for students during their 2-5 Intro. Come at least 20 minutes early to register and meet the teacher.
